Coronavirus - UPDATED 26/03/20
During the current coronavirus outbreak, we are no longer able to see patients at all at the practice.
This will be for the foreseeable future, or until advice changes.
The reception team will be on hand from 9am to 12pm weekdays to deal with cancellations and queries
Outside of these hours we request that you leave a message or call back the following day.
You can also email us reception@belgravehousedental.co.uk
In the event of a dental emergency, please call the practice as normal.
One of the clinical team will call you back to determine what we can do to help you.
If we are not available and the emergency is severe – worsening swelling, dental trauma, or uncontrolled bleeding, then please call NHS 111.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to see you for any problems - we have to triage patients in line with current guidance based on the severity of the problem.
We will only be able to offer advice on self-care, such as pain relief. In certain circumstances we maybe able to prescribe antimicrobial medicines.
In a severe emergency you may be directed to A+E, until local urgent dental treatment centres are set by local NHS teams.
We will update you as this happens.
In the meantime, please see our information for managing common dental problems at home.
We want to be able to help you in any way we can, whilst protecting patients and the general public in line with current government advice.
Thank you
